Adverse Drug Reactions Dyspepsia, heartburn, anorexia, abdominal pain, distension.
   
Interactions Increased risk of bleeding when NSAIDs given with SSRIs. Avoid concomitant use of NSAIDs with aspirin (increased side-effects), ciclosporin, coumarins, erlotinib, ketorolac, lithium and methotrexate. NSAIDs possibly enhance effect of phenindione, phenytoin, quinolones, sulphonylureas and venlafaxine.
